Naples to Barcelona via the south of Italy, Sicily, Sardinia and Corsica

Hello there!

My partner and I are currently cycling from Naples to Barcelona - via the south of Italy (Tyrrhenian coast), Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica and the Mediterranean coast of France. We have done our research, but if anyone has information about less well known things to see, we would welcome that!

There seems to be far fewer Warm Shower hosts in the south of Italy than in other parts of Europe. Other than being hosted, we would be happy to meet with any locals who would like to chat about cycling or local things to do -- maybe over a coffee or aperitivo.

The general plan:

South Campania/Basilicata - this weekend, i.e, now :-)
Calabria - last week of April
Sicily/Stromboli - first week of May
Sardinia - second week of May
Corsica/South of France - last two weeks of May
Barcelona/Catalonia - the first week of June

(Non posso parlare in modo bello, ma parlo italiano a un livello intermedio. Et je peux parler aussi le francais à un niveau intermédiare.)
