Bikes in Tampere, Finland

Hi -- we are three friends who will be arriving in Tampere, Finland on July 18-24th and wonder where we can rent bikes for this week. There are some places but we don't know any of them. Any suggestions are welcome and if you're there, it'd be great to grab some coffee and have a chat. If not, coffee in London is always possible.

Also if you can recommend a lovely region part around Tampere, that'd be lovely.
