Two fit, young-at-heart female educators seek companions for a 1-week unsupported tour from Boston to Lake Champlain in Vermont. Approximate route: (Boston)- Fitchburg area, MA - Keene, NH - Townshend, VT - Rutland, VT - Middlebury, VT - Burlington, VT. Optional 2 nights in Burlington after end (circle of Grand Isle on Lake Champlain by bike and/or additional cycling around Lake Champlain). Stay at inns/motels. Average 40-60 miles/day, c 12 MPH. Most enjoy camaraderie, and the chance for a nice meal and/or drink at the end of the day. We are considering two dates: July 17-25 or Aug 2-9.
