full country list for NZ

The full list of members is ordered alphabetically by "province" . However, within the province listings, it seems to be random.
My suggestion is to list the members within provinces alphabetically by city. This is particularly annoying in the provinces with larger numbers of members, eg Wellington. If it were alphabetical, all the "Wellington" ones would be together, and other places (which can be some distance away) separated out.
